Type of food that makes men healthy and mighty


You want a healthy body and mighty? Or for those of you women want a pair of healthy and mighty? Maybe you are in luck because I am going to discuss about the kind of food that makes a man healthy and mighty.
Here are some type of food that makes a man healthy and mighty:

Red meat
According to Leslie Bonci, MPH, RD, a nutrition consultant, red meat is good for health and virility.
Cuts of beef and pork rich in protein and less fat than chicken breast meat. Red meat is also one of the best sources of leucine. Leucine is an amino acid that helps build muscle.

Cherry
Cherry juice can be used to relieve muscle pain. Pigment found in cherries has the same effect as some anti-inflammatory medications, and of course there are no side effects.

Ginger
Such as cherries, ginger also has anti-inflammatory properties. Studies show that eating ginger regularly can help reduce the pain associated with impaired muscle exercises.

Berry
Berry contains antioxidants that can reduce the risk of various cancers. In studies in animals have shown that blueberries can improve memory and brain function.

Chocolate
Chocolate can improve blood circulation if taken correctly. This study shows that the flavonoids in dark chocolate may lower bad cholesterol, improve circulation and stabilize blood pressure.
Men with poor blood circulation, are more likely to experience growth that causes erectile dysfunction. So the food is good for the heart also can protect your sex life as well.
But too much chocolate can lead to weight gain. Some experts recommend eating one ounce of chocolate per day.

Milk and yogurt
Milk and yogurt are the source of the amino acid leucine, which helps build muscle. Yogurt also contains bacteria, protein, potassium and can maintain good intestinal health.

Shellfish
Shellfish and other foods rich in zinc famous ocean. Zinc is essential for the heart, muscles, and reproductive system. Other foods can be an alternative as a source of zinc, among other things, nuts and seeds.

Avocado
Avocado is high in fat, but the fat in avocados is the good kind of fat.

Soybeans and processed
A study of more than 40 countries, foods that offer the best protection against prostate cancer is soy. It also includes processed soy foods such as tofu and soy milk.

Vegetable
Spinach can be beneficial to the eyes, and prostate. Rich in lutein and zeaxanthin greens. Vegetables may protect against cataracts and age-related macular degeneration. Cataract is a chronic eye disease that affects vision.

Baked potato

All types of food that I discussed above, is about "the kind of food that makes a man healthy and mighty" of course there is good and drawbacks, but if we consume them in a reasonable amount of it will make a good effect to our body.
