of you women want a pair of healthy and mighty? Maybe you are in luck because I
am going to discuss about the kind of food that makes a man healthy and mighty.
Here are some type of food that makes a man
healthy and mighty:
Red
meat
According to Leslie Bonci, MPH, RD, a nutrition
consultant, red meat is good for health and virility.
Cuts of beef and pork rich in protein and less fat
than chicken breast meat. Red meat is also one of the best sources of leucine.
Leucine is an amino acid that helps build muscle.
Cherry
Cherry juice can be used to relieve muscle pain.
Pigment found in cherries has the same effect as some anti-inflammatory
medications, and of course there are no side effects.
Ginger
Such as cherries, ginger also has
anti-inflammatory properties. Studies show that eating ginger regularly can
help reduce the pain associated with impaired muscle exercises.
Berry
Berry contains antioxidants that can reduce the
