Good breathing techniques while running

Many experts would say that to fully oxidize muscles and cleanse the body of carbon dioxide, you should use the breathing techniques and breathing-waste with 3:2 ratio, by taking and fully exhaling.

Simply put, take a full breath when stepped LEFT → RIGHT → LEFT, then dispose of breath entirely when RIGHT → LEFT foot next.
I repeat ... take a breath, LEFT → RIGHT → LEFT and start wasting breath → LEFT RIGHT. Grab and gradually wasting your breath.

This pattern is not difficult to put into practice and applied to become a habit, but it took some time to practice running slow pace to master the breathing technique. Feel your heart beat would be quiet and not struggling while running or walking fast when you've started to get used to get more oxygen and get rid of all the carbon dioxide from the body while applying these breathing techniques.

Naturally, your breathing pattern will probably drop to a 2:1 ratio several times. You will find it hard to maintain a running speed when the 2:1 breathing technique, and lead to increased carbon dioxide in the body.
