Staying healthy though often eat spicy

Fond of eating super spicy chips or other spicy foods? Consider the following guidelines in order to maintain gastric health.
Eating without a little taste of spicy chili is noticeably less enjoyable. Passion is further increased thanks to eating spicy flavor. But, really spicy flavor of chili is not good for health?
"But, try to offer a spicy Padang cuisine to the people of Europe, who usually eat drink milk and butter, they would immediately heartburn and constipation. This is because the stomach Europeans are not used to receiving food spicy," i say
The actual cause of gastric disease is multifactorial. That is, eating spicy is just one possible cause of stomach pain. Usually, when healthy, eating spicy resulting bowel movements (diarrhea) or abdominal pain (heartburn). But, if there are other factors, such as stress, drink coffee, eat irregularly, lack of sleep, may lead to eating chili stomach pain, heartburn example.

"Well, we can conclude that the cause of chili. So, if you've got a disease in the stomach, eating chili can aggravate. Heartburn sufferers should not eat chili or drink coffee," said Hendarto.
* Acid Stomach
Function actually more spicy flavor to taste. For some people, enjoying food without chilies or chili taste less tasty. Especially for those who are fond of chili, appetite could be doubled.
Chilli also contains many substances that are useful to the body, such as capsaicin that has usefulness reduce pain (anti sickness) due to pain. "There's, for bone pain ointments containing capsaicin. Pains be eased if rubbed with balm containing capsaicin. Chili also contains vitamin C and fiber,"
Digestion has the ability to capture the stimulation of food intake. Stimuli were then interpreted by the brain as a spicy, sweet, sour, and so on. Spicy flavor will also stimulate stomach acid. In people who already have the disease in the stomach, such as stomach wound, you should avoid spicy foods because it would increase the weight of the pain.
But, in a healthy person, eating spicy is fine. "Most if not stronger so frequent bowel movements, or an occasional bowel movements, or no cause frequent bowel movements.'s Very individualized, depending on many things,"
* Subject to Conditions
So what if a person eats chili whole, without any additional, or mixed into the food? "chili will be cooked what? A chili that just swallowed the effect is different than the one that cooked chili or other food mixed. Chili in the food will make different absorption due to the excitation process will be neutralized,"
 There may be people who think A-level chips are very spicy. But, there are others who think the level of B does not taste spicy but made more pungent by the Manufacturer.
The effect or impact of a spicy flavor also depends on the person's condition at the time. Sometimes, there are people who love to eat spicy and did not result in anything on the side. But, when under stress or physical condition is not fit, he is a great waste of water when eating chili in the same amount. In fact, there are people fainting. But, i asserted, causes fainting were not for chili, but because of dehydration.
"It's perfectly normal. Could be people not only eat peppers but also drinking alcohol or coffee that stimulates the stomach. Well, if you added the chili, the result would be different,"
Similarly, drinking coffee. There are people who have just half a glass stomach is bloated, while others drank three cups of coffee is okay. So, can not be generalized, should be seen also the habits and the condition of a person.
* Not Excessive
The thing to watch out for is if someone does not know that he actually had a stomach illness and like spicy food. "Eating spicy can add weight to the pain. And, he thought the pain was due to eating chili, when in fact already have ulcers,"
For patients with ulcer, not just chili should be avoided. He should also avoid coffee, alcohol, ginger, and other stimulating foods. Although,  there are also people with stomach ulcers fine if eating chili. Once again, i confirmed this was due to multifactorial causes. However, in general, the chili does have a substance that stimulates gastrointestinal addressed differently by each individual.
It is okay to eat chili but not excessive. Make sure also that you are healthy, have no other gastric diseases.
Whatever,  any excess is definitely not good and can damage. In good health, eating spicy does not cause a significant impact.
"No problem eating spicy, strong origin and still in tolerance is concerned. This right, individually. Anyone eating chili one alone is not strong, but there are also people who eat chili 10 is nothing. Very relative,"
Well, if you've already eaten and spiciness, give salts as antidote. "This could indeed reduce the spicy taste. Overwritten spicy flavor of other substances that also have a strong sense. Thus, nerve stimulation will be dominated by salt., But in medicine there is no way to neutralize a spicy taste. Which there is a cure gastric acid neutralization, not neutralize the chili, "
* Spicy but Healthy
So, how can we keep eating spicy foods without fear of pain?  eat in moderation, do not go overboard or do less. Eating chili is fine, unless prohibited by doctors because the disease is known to exist in the gastrointestinal tract that may not receive stimulating foods, or when I'm sick huge waste of water. "But, if in good health, heck, baseball fine original taste,"
